Short version: pay your subscription, use the product like a reasonable adult, and we'll keep your reports coming. Cancel any time. No tricks.

What BrokerOS is

BrokerOS is a subscription service that reads your existing MLS data and your roster, and produces weekly written reports for your brokerage — branded in your voice, delivered under your logo. By signing up for an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18, authorized to act for the brokerage you're signing up, and have the right to grant us read-only access to the MLS data you connect.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

The subscription is $599 a month, billed to the brokerage. Payments run through Stripe; you authorize us to charge the payment method on file each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@brokeros.ai. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and we don't bill you again.

If your first four Mondays don't change how you run the brokerage, you can cancel and keep every report we sent. That's the guarantee.

Your data, your ownership

Your MLS data, your roster, and your reports are yours. We're a thin processing layer — we don't sell your data, we don't share it with other brokerages, and we don't use it to train AI models. When you cancel, we delete our copy of your data and you keep your archive.

Acceptable use

Don't do things that would damage the service or anyone using it. Specifically: don't try to access accounts that aren't yours, don't reverse-engineer the product, don't use it to violate anyone's privacy or your MLS agreement, and don't resell the reports as your own product to people outside your brokerage.

Service availability

We work hard to keep reports going out every Monday at 7am. From time to time, things break — MLS feeds change, vendors go down, bugs happen. We'll fix them as fast as we can and let you know if anything affects your delivery.

No warranties

BrokerOS is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcome will result from using it. Your business decisions are still yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to BrokerOS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the product or these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll let active customers know by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, so you can decide whether to keep using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
